In this laboratory, we conduct research on human
aging. Our goal is to enable every person to live a healthy life
until he/she reaches the typical maximum lifespan of about 120 years old.
Our current research projects are:
1. Elucidation of the mechanisms of cell death (apoptosis)
2. Suppression of tumor-induced angiogenesis by food factors
3. Elucidation of the mechanisms of skin aging (photoaging)
